TASTE Sullivan Catskills Food & Wine Festival Returns this OctoberHeld from October 2-5, 2025, TASTE: Sullivan Catskills Food & Wine has evolved into a more intimate and curated fall celebration showcasing the beauty, resurgence, and popularity of the Sullivan Catskills and its distinct regional cuisine.  As an amplifier to both the environment and the community, Sullivan Catskills continues to champion sustainable practices, local talent, and the rich cultural fabric that defines the region.

TASTE takes inspiration from local fare, farmers, and restaurants, featuring chefs and producers participating in tastings and demonstrations.

  • Opening Night Kickoff Dinner at Cellaio
    Thursday, October 2 | Resorts World Catskills | 6:00pm-9:00pm Cost: $325
    A high-end, seated dinner featuring Chefs Scott Conant and Robbie Felice, hosted at his Italian-inspired steakhouse, Cellaio. Guests will enjoy a curated menu with wine pairings and behind-the-scenes culinary insights.

  • The DeBruce Collaboration Dinner
    Friday, October 3 | The DeBruce | 6:00pm-9:00pm Cost $250
    An intimate dining experience featuring Chef Eric Leveillee and Giorgio Rapicavoli in a multi-course wine-paired dinner celebrating innovation and technique.

  • Best of the Catskills Walk-Around Tasting with Giorgio Rapicavoli
