Exciting foodie news – Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Foster Supply Hospitality and Resorts World Catskills are teaming up for the county’s annual culinary event—TASTE: Sullivan Catskills Food & Wine.
Held from October 2-5, 2025, TASTE: Sullivan Catskills Food & Wine has evolved into a more intimate and curated fall celebration showcasing the beauty, resurgence, and popularity of the Sullivan Catskills and its distinct regional cuisine. As an amplifier to both the environment and the community, Sullivan Catskills continues to champion sustainable practices, local talent, and the rich cultural fabric that defines the region.
TASTE takes inspiration from local fare, farmers, and restaurants, featuring chefs and producers participating in tastings and demonstrations.
