We are so excited about the Creative Kitchen Kids Food Festival, a weekend long event focused on educating families about making balanced food choices through fun activities.
Taking place during Mother’s Day weekend, at the Oculus, the event will offer a host of family-friendly activities including:
- Cooking classes in the James Beard Foundation Future Foodies Pavilion
- Featured programming in the Community Performance Area includes: contestants from the popular television show, MasterChef Junior, musical guests including Rock-a-Baby and The Pineapple Explorers Club, and wellness activities including Karma Kids Yoga
- Food demonstrations
- The Balanced Plate Scavenger Hunt for kids with goody bag prizes
- Food sampling
- Featured chefs and restaurants in the James Beard Foundation Future Foodies Pavilion including: Épicerie Boulud, Bouchon Bakery, Eataly NYC Downtown, and Daniel Holzman, of The Meatball Shop.
