6:00pm: Doors open to ticketed guests for pre- dinner drinks and seat assignments
6:30pm: Begin dinner prepared by Bar Beau’s Chef Gemma Kamin-Korn

8:00pm: Cocktail hour starts: showcasing specialty Civic Vodka cocktail made by Bar Beau’s head bartender Isabella Marriott; Kombrewcha representative Jason Thomas will pour Berry-Hibiscus & Royal Ginger Kombrewcha
