While I love the idea of shutting down, living in NY doesn’t always make that part quite so easy. But since we all need to chill and decompress every now and again, I’m going to try my best to shut down by seeking some solace at a local spa, cause if you can’t tone out the world, you can at least escape it for a few hours! And the options are plenty in the NY-area where you can relax in ancient Greek and Roman baths, to Far East beauty and wellness treatments that will you feel rejuvenated and refreshed in no time.
